The big event of March (besides March Madness and Duke's WIN in April!) was embarking on yet another Disney cruise, this time with all of the girls plus extended family in tow. We didn't think we'd be repeating the trip anytime soon, but when Winnie and Picky suggested a family trip we couldn't refuse! Despite the logistical challenges of flying and traveling with four kids ages 6 and under, it was a relatively smooth trip and a ton of fun. Siena and Libby were old pros and enjoyed sharing their cruise advice with Margaret, Caroline, and cousin Elaine. It was Margaret's first full-scale Disney experience and did NOT disappoint, as she could name every Disney princess before learning her ABC's (ah, the perks of having two older sisters!). The magic of Disney is certainly in full-force for a 2 1/2 year old, and watching Margaret fling herself into the arms of various princesses was an ongoing highlight of the trip. Thanks to the grandparents plus on-board childcare options, Joe and I had a good deal of R&R, plus an amazing meal at one of the upscale restaurants. Winnie and Picky, we can't thank you enough for such an incredible time!

While Siena and Libby were off swimming with the dolphins, Margaret
had a special encounter of her own with Anna and Elsa. Yes, THE Anna and Elsa. |
